This is an electronic registration form that will allow you to register as an exhibitor, become a sponsor, register for the parade, donate to our silent auction, or any combination of these things.   3. EXHIBITORS:

    The 10th annual South Central Minnesota Pride Festival will take place Saturday, September 10, 2011. The festival will be held in Riverfront Park in Mankato. This year’s festival will run from noon – 5pm.


    EXHIBITOR RATES:

    The exhibitor fee provides a 10′ x 10′ area. *Please note, we are no longer including a table and chairs for your exhibition area. However, you may order a table and chair at a nominal fee through our registration form.


    Form and payment received prior to August 1, 2011 will receive a $10 discount.

    EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES:


    • SCMN Pride Festival and Parade will be held rain or shine.
    • Exhibitor tables may be set up from 9:30-noon. If you need an earlier set up time than 9:30am, please contact festival@scmnpride.org to make an arrangement. Booths should be taken down no earlier than 5:00 pm.
    • No paid raffle or drawings by exhibitors.
    • Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own items at all times.
    • Exhibitors are responsible for all applicable taxes on sales.
    • Food and beverage may not be distributed or sold without prior approval, other than free water or candy.
    • SCMN Pride accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items, injuries, or damages.
    • SCMN Pride reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or remove an exhibit table or parade unit/participant.
